Not Sure Where to Start?

Begin with a Walk & Talk Consultation
$175 – One Hour | $250 – Two Hours
Available in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas

Our Walk & Talk Consultation is ideal for homeowners preparing to list while still living in the home. During this focused, on-site session, one of our expert stagers will walk the property with you—seeing it through the eyes of potential buyers. You’ll receive practical, room-by-room guidance on layout, pre-packing, styling and how to create a cohesive look that photographs beautifully and resonates during showings.

We’ll equip you with clear, strategic next steps so you can make impactful improvements that strengthen your home’s market appeal and value.

Note: Homes located more than 30 minutes from our office may incur a small additional travel fee.

From Consultation to Closing: How It Works

Most homes are staged within 7–10 business days. We design a custom staging plan and handle everything — you simply pay at closing.

The Neuroaesthetics of Staging

Neuroaesthetics studies how design influences emotion. Research shows that colors, lighting, textures and even the shape of a room can trigger “feel‑good” chemicals and affect how we feel. Natural materials and soft curves, for example, create calm, inclusive spaces. We weave these insights into every project—balancing colors, textures and sightlines to forge emotional connections and highlight each room’s purpose. The result is a home that feels inviting and high‑quality, helping buyers imagine themselves living there and setting your property apart in the Inland Northwest market.
