Walk & Talk: $175 for 1 hour or $250 for 2 hours. Get room-by-room guidance on layout, pre-packing, styling and photo priorities. Need more time? Keep it flexible. After your initial term, keep the staging for as many or as few additional days as you need. All additional rental is prorated daily through the date you request destage (furniture removal). The 30-day amount simply sets the rate; you do not need to purchase another full 30 days. You pay only for the additional days used.

Payment through Titus: Pay at the time of service or choose Pay at Close, subject to approval and provider terms. Payment timing does not extend the furniture rental term.

From first question
to a clear plan.

1. Tell us about the home.
Share the property location and what you’re planning. It’s fine if your service or timing is still undecided.

2. Choose the scope and initial term.
We’ll recommend the right walkthrough or consultation, then a staging plan for the property. For Signature, choose a 45- or 30-day initial term with the same agreed scope and design care.

3. Review your proposal.
Your rooms, price, initial term and renewal terms are confirmed before you commit. Staging includes design, normal delivery, installation, agreed furniture and décor rental, and destage.

Payment, handled through Titus.
All payments are handled through Titus. Choose to pay at the time of service or at closing. Pay at Close is subject to approval and provider terms; payment timing is separate from the staging rental term.

Know what you’re choosing, what is included, and what happens next.

  • Signature Staging uses a standard 45-day initial window. The focused 30-day option keeps the same agreed rooms, furnishings and design care over a shorter term, with a lower initial investment for that scope. Both include design, normal delivery, installation, rental for the selected term and destage. Both offer Pay at Close, subject to approval and provider terms. Each property is individually quoted; the figures on this page are an illustration, not a fixed package price.

  • We price the actual rooms, furnishings, arrangement sizes, and initial rental term your home needs. Additional rooms, larger arrangements, difficult access, or special delivery requirements may change the quote. We confirm the scope and any additional charges in writing before you commit.

  • All HSW payments are handled through Titus. You can choose payment at the time of service or Pay at Close, subject to approval and provider terms for deferred payment. Review the offered fees and payment due date before deciding. Your payment choice does not change the agreed staging scope or extend the initial furniture rental term.

  • After your initial term, keep the staging for as many or as few additional days as you need. All additional rental is prorated daily through the date you request destage (furniture removal), so you pay only for the additional days used. You do not need to purchase another full 30 days.

    The 30-day amount is simply the basis for calculating your daily rate: 50% of the initial staging fee for the 45-day option, or 75% for the 30-day option. Your proposal confirms your rate and terms. The initial fee is not prorated for an early sale. Payment timing does not change your staging term.

  • Yes. HSW serves Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d’Alene, and surrounding North Idaho communities from our Spokane Valley team. Share your property address so we can confirm service coverage and any travel or access considerations.

  • Tell us your property address, whether the home is vacant or occupied, your photography timeline, and the rooms you want help with. We will recommend a service and confirm the scope, fee, rental terms, and scheduling in your proposal. A Walk & Talk is a paid consultation; you can also request a staging quote.
