Why a Career at Home Staging Works Is Worth Building
-
Your Work Helps Buyers Fall in Love with a Home.
At Home Staging Works, we create spaces that make an immediate emotional impact — in listing photos and the moment buyers walk through the door. Every project you touch plays a role in a family’s next chapter, a realtor’s success, and a seller’s outcome. What you do here genuinely matters, and you get to see that impact every single day.
-
We Win Together and Support Each Other.
We’re a collaborative, design-driven team that values professionalism, clear communication, and respect for every home we enter. Our installs run smoothly because we work as one — designers, stagers, logistics, and client care aligned on the same mission. We show up for each other, stay positive, adapt quickly, and take pride in delivering excellence.
-
Learn, Advance, and Build Real Skills.
Whether you’re new to staging or growing into a lead role, we invest in your development. You’ll learn our design standards, styling techniques, warehouse systems, and professional onsite practices. As you grow, new opportunities open — from staging assistant roles to project design, logistics leadership, and client-facing positions. Your career path here is real and supported.

Leads the full staging experience from property walkthrough to final photo-ready finish. As a Project Manager at Home Staging Works, you are the creative lead, the point of coordination, and the onsite decision-maker who ensures each space reflects our elevated design standard.
You’ll walk properties, design the staging plan, select inventory, and guide the team through installation, making intentional choices that highlight scale, flow, and emotional connection for potential buyers. Your role is equal parts creative vision and operational leadership — perfect for someone who can see the whole picture and execute the details flawlessly.
On staging days, you’ll direct the onsite crew, adjust layouts in real time, and problem-solve with the fluidity staging requires. You’ll collaborate closely with our logistics team to ensure furniture pulls are accurate, installations are efficient, and each space is styled to the level our clients expect.
You’ll also be a client-facing leader, offering guidance during walkthroughs, answering questions with confidence, and representing the professionalism and warmth of the HSW brand. Clear communication, calm leadership, and an eye for elevated, boutique-level design are essential.
As HSW continues to scale, this role offers the opportunity to shape our design direction, mentor future stagers, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen the company. If you love transforming homes, leading teams, and delivering work that truly impacts buyers and sellers, you’ll thrive here.
-
Supports the Project Manager in bringing each staging design to life. You help execute the creative vision, assist with layout decisions, and style rooms to HSW’s signature standard. This role blends hands-on installation work with emerging design intuition — perfect for someone who loves interiors, learns quickly, and enjoys elevating a space through thoughtful details.
In addition to onsite staging, you’ll help with warehouse organization, inventory pulls, and the moving and placement of furniture both in the warehouse and inside client homes. You’ll collaborate closely with the lead stager, logistics team, and onsite crew to ensure a smooth workflow from planning to install.
As you grow, you’ll gain experience in design strategy, team coordination, professional warehouse operations, and high-end staging execution — preparing you for increased leadership and creative responsibility.
-
Plays a key role in supporting both the warehouse and onsite staging operations. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and being part of a high-performing team.
Inside the warehouse, you’ll help organize inventory, pull staging selections, prep trucks, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. You’ll ensure each project leaves the warehouse with the right furniture, décor, and accessories — ready for a smooth install.
Onsite, you’ll assist with the delivery, moving, placement, and setup of furniture inside client homes. You’ll work closely with the staging team to position pieces correctly, follow direction on layout adjustments, and support the flow of the install from start to finish. This role requires care, professionalism, and respect for both the homes we stage and the clients we serve.
If you take pride in doing things the right way, enjoy staying active, and like being part of a team that values quality and efficiency, you’ll thrive in this role.

As the first point of contact for many clients, you’ll set the tone for the HSW experience — providing clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and exceptional service. Internally, you’ll support day-to-day operations by organizing documents, managing calendars, tracking project updates, and assisting with systems that keep the business running at a high level.
This role blends customer service, operational coordination, and executive support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, polished, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
