Begin with a Walk & Talk Consultation
$175 – One Hour | $250 – Two Hours
Available in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas

Our Walk & Talk Consultation is ideal for homeowners preparing to list while still living in the home. During this focused, on-site session, one of our expert stagers will walk the property with you—seeing it through the eyes of potential buyers. You’ll receive practical, room-by-room guidance on layout, pre-packing, styling and how to create a cohesive look that photographs beautifully and resonates during showings.

We’ll equip you with clear, strategic next steps so you can make impactful improvements that strengthen your home’s market appeal and value.

Note: Homes located more than 30 minutes from our office may incur a small additional travel fee.

From Consultation to Closing: How It Works

Most homes are staged within 7–10 business days. We design a custom staging plan and handle everything — you simply pay at closing.

  • One of our Certified Staging Design Professionals visits the vacant property to walk the space, capture photos and measurements, and understand the home’s flow and selling features. We’ll discuss buyer demographics, your listing timeline, and the photo-ready date to ensure the staging plan aligns perfectly with your marketing strategy.

  • We curate a personalized staging plan tailored to the home’s architecture, layout, price point, and target buyer. Every selection is intentionally chosen to highlight key features, clarify flow, and help buyers envision themselves living in the space—from the first view of the listing photos to the moment they step through the door.

We will recommend the right plan—Essentials, Signature, or Premier Experience—and outline the rooms, timeline, and your preferred payment option. We offer both Pay Upfront and Pay-at-Close models for added flexibility. Our approach is backed by industry data showing that professionally staged homes sell up to 73% faster and earn 5–10% more than non-staged homes.

  • Our full-time HSW team handles everything—from design and décor selection to furniture delivery, full setup, and art placement. We use premium furnishings, artwork, and accessories to elevate every room. By the end of the day, the home is fully transformed, photo-ready, and positioned to make a memorable first impression on buyers.

  • With your home now staged, it’s ready for photography, showings and open houses. Our data‑driven staging ensures your listing stands out, feels inviting and leaves a lasting impression—both online and in person. Staged homes help buyers imagine themselves living there—81 % of buyers say staging aids their ability to visualize the property as their future home.

  • The staging fee is paid directly from closing proceeds through escrow—no upfront costs, no stress, just results. You only pay for staging after the home sells or is de-listed. If preferred, we also accept checks and other standard forms of payment.

  • Your staging fee is paid at the time of installation—simple, clear, and cost-effective. There’s no reliance on closing proceeds or escrow. You receive immediate savings through our upfront pricing, with renewals billed only if you choose to extend beyond 30 days.

The Neuroaesthetics of Staging

Neuroaesthetics studies how design influences emotion. Research shows that colors, lighting, textures and even the shape of a room can trigger “feel‑good” chemicals and affect how we feel. Natural materials and soft curves, for example, create calm, inclusive spaces. We weave these insights into every project—balancing colors, textures and sightlines to forge emotional connections and highlight each room’s purpose. The result is a home that feels inviting and high‑quality, helping buyers imagine themselves living there and setting your property apart in the Inland Northwest market.
