A graduate of the University of Idaho, Terry has spent his career leading teams, scaling businesses, and driving strategic growth across various industries. With a background that spans operations, construction, and customer service, he is passionate about creating spaces that inspire and bring value to homeowners, real estate professionals, and the community.

Alongside his wife, Danielle, and their family, he enjoys exploring the Inland Northwest, from hiking in the mountains to spending time on the lake.
