Home Staging Works, Inc. was founded by Sylvia Dunn in 2006. Since the early start up years, Sylvia has been uncompromisingly building and expanding Home Staging Works’ services, inventory and footprint in the community to now be considered the largest and most reputable staging company in the Inland Northwest.

Sylvia Dunn

With a business degree and over 25 years immersed in the Real Estate industry. Since 2005 her focus has been primarily on all aspects of Home Staging and Design. Sylvia is a nationally recognized speaker at staging industry conventions throughout the United States. She has authored monthly design articles in Spokane/Coeur d’Alene Living Magazine and has been featured on local television and radio stations. Along with her business degree, Sylvia has earned International Staging Professional credentials through QC Design School, The DSA, and HSRA (Home Staging Real Estate Association) and is a coveted RESA Pro member (Real Estate Staging Association) held to the highest standards in the industry. She currently lives in Spokane Valley area with her husband and two sons.
