Ready to sell your home, but overwhelmed by the daunting tasks ahead of you? We understand the anxiety and have solutions. We work directly with you prioritizing projects to complete before your house goes on the market.

Our plan may include color enhancements, rearranging the existing furnishings and décor, removing or replacing window coverings, recommendations for de-cluttering, as well as cleaning and repairs.

Ideally, we meet with you before the home is listed or before the marketing photographs are taken. Potential buyers are sure to be impressed as we transform your home into a “must have” property that stands out above the completion.

The Staging Consultation is a flat fee using your own items. On the average this takes up to 1.5 hours ($25 per additional half hour). You will be amazed to see how inexpensive it is to get a designer look using your existing furniture and accessories!
